What we collect

When you call or send the quote form, we collect your name if given, phone number, delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount. Payment card details are taken by phone at booking and processed by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How the form works

Quote requests from this site are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the message to deliver it. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics to measure visits, it will be used only to improve the site.

Retention

We keep rental records as long as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
