Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. These terms apply to every rental from Most Portable Toilets, 167 Cole Ln, Winchester, VA 22602.

Booking and payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card at booking. Long-term rentals charge the first 28-day cycle at booking and renew every 28 days on the same card until pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Business accounts may be invoiced by agreement.

Billing cycles

Long-term rentals bill every 28 days, not by calendar month. Each cycle includes one service visit per week. Delivery is charged once at the start and pickup once at the end. Extra service visits are billed when added.

Event rentals

Event pricing covers delivery, up to the agreed rental days and pickup. Weekend events are usually delivered Friday and picked up the next business day at no extra charge.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable. Refunds return to the original card, usually within 7 to 10 business days.

Pickup

Event pickups are set at booking. Long-term units are not picked up automatically: call or text to request pickup. Billing stops at the end of the cycle in which the unit is removed.

Access and placement

The customer provides a level spot within about 25 feet of truck access, and tells us about gate codes, locks, low wires and obstacles. If the driver cannot safely reach the spot, the unit is placed at the closest safe point or a return trip may be charged.

Damage and loss

Normal wear is covered. The customer is responsible for damage from vandalism, fire, vehicles, tipping, graffiti, theft or misuse, billed at repair or replacement cost. Do not move units yourself.

Same-day and extra fees

Same-day delivery may carry a fee when a special trip is needed. Every fee appears on the quote before payment.

Taxes

Sales tax is charged according to the state where the unit is delivered: Virginia, West Virginia or Maryland.

Weather

We may shift a delivery, service or pickup for unsafe weather or roads, and will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
